I started coaching back in 2009, long before “executive coach” was a buzzword.

At the time, I was mentoring colleagues, building a $2B global sales division at a Fortune 50 company, and figuring out how to turn ambitious goals into measurable results. Spoiler: it’s not magic. It’s a strong blend of strategy, accountability, and some brutally honest conversations.

With a decade of professional development under my belt, I earned my Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership (CFN). I won’t bore you with the alphabet soup, but let’s just say my certifications have certifications (PMP, CCMP, Master Facilitator—you get the idea).

I was hand-picked to take a pre-IPO software startup with a struggling internal NPS score and build a company-wide program that delivered leader-led transformation. By empowering executive leadership to drive meaningful cultural shifts, we prepped the company for a successful debut on the New York Stock Exchange.

Now, I’ve distilled those years of experience into a finely tuned, high-impact coaching practice. It’s not about checking boxes or cookie-cutter advice—it’s a blueprint for your career and life.
